Welcome to the AbleSail Network

The AbleSail Network (ASN) was established in 2006 and became a registered charitable foundation in 2012 with Registration number: 85530 1115 RR0001.

The AbleSail Network is an association of accessible sailing programs and partner organizations who are committed to promoting and developing the sport/recreation of sailing by making it accessible to all Canadians with a disability.

One of ASN’s goals is to coordinate fundraising for accessible sailing programs on a national level, with a focus on funding program operating expenses, rather than capital expenses, in order to be able to offer to participants sailing sessions that are affordable.

Please explore our pages to find information on how sailing can be made accessible to all, as well as the availability of programs across the country.
